5. Safety. PairdUps is a platform for connecting people. We do not conduct background checks. Always meet in public places and exercise personal safety judgment.
6. Limitation of Liability. PairdUps is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.
7. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
